The controller of your information is Frances Strickland, operating as Verolead Biz Solutions (a practice of V Chastain Global Enterprises, LLC), based in Switzerland. Frances is the only person who reviews individual Snapshot responses in the ordinary course of business.
The form collects only what is needed to prepare your Snapshot:
No financial account numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal categories are requested, and none should be entered in the optional text field.
Solely to let Frances personally prepare and send your Profit Pulse Snapshot. It is not used to build a marketing profile, and it is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
Every response is read and interpreted personally by Frances. There is no automated scoring, algorithmic decision-making, or third party involved in interpreting your answers. The interpretive framework Frances uses is proprietary, kept entirely outside this website, and never transmitted to or stored on this site's infrastructure.
Submissions are currently stored using Netlify's form-handling service. Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States. This means your information is processed by a US-based service provider under contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), rather than remaining exclusively on Swiss infrastructure. This arrangement is temporary: a migration to Switzerland-based hosting is planned, and this notice will be updated when that migration is complete. Netlify's own operations personnel have the standard infrastructure-level access any hosting provider has to data it stores — this is disclosed here rather than assumed away.
No advertising pixels, third-party analytics, session-recording tools, or marketing trackers are used on this site.
Frances Strickland has routine access to submitted responses through a password-protected account. No other individual has standing access to individual responses. If a developer or service provider is engaged for site maintenance, any access they hold is limited to the technical infrastructure, not a routine ability to read submissions, and is removed once work is complete.
Responses are retained for as long as reasonably needed to prepare and follow up on your Snapshot, and are deleted or anonymized after that unless you ask for earlier deletion. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your submitted information at any time by contacting Frances directly (below), and the request will be honored without requiring you to explain why.
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or applicable US state privacy law, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information, and to object to or restrict its processing. These rights are honored on request regardless of which specific law technically applies to you.
Because Frances is based in Switzerland and currently uses a US-based hosting processor for form storage, your information may cross borders between Switzerland, the EU, and the United States in the course of being processed and reviewed. Where this occurs, it relies on the contractual safeguards named above rather than an assumption that all destination countries have equivalent law.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. The form page is not indexed by search engines and is only shared directly by Frances. Access to stored responses requires an authenticated login.
If this practice changes — for example, once the planned migration to Switzerland-based hosting is complete — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
